At Wype, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your fit isn't quite right, we've made the exchange and refund process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
